The wonderful yet small two-over-two Virginia farmhouse needed new space for a growing family.  SvS created a comfortable fit with an enlarged kitchen and family room leading to a new side porch.  Small in appearance but large in space, the addition respects the original vernacular while adding much-needed room and function.

A barn was later added to the property bringing a much-needed home to the family horses.  It doubles as play space for the kids and dogs rounding out the family passion for their farm.
